SWIMMING POOL APPROVALS

SPA has over 10 years experience working in the swimming pool and spa industry, working along side Engineers, Architects, Pool Builders and Landscapers. With this knowledge comes smooth and efficient preparation, submission and completion of all pool and spa approvals. The knowledge of pool building is also an asset and can we provide recommendations for Pool Builders, materials and explain the entire building process to clients from start to finish giving you an idea of whats involved, what to look out for and timing of the building process.

PROCESS & SERVICE

We will provide you with a free site plan with the requested pool size and positioning which will give you knowledge of zoning, setbacks, environmental, boundaries and if the pool/spa will be comply development or a development application. Once you have approved the pool and positioning, we will submit the documentation and manage the entire process. A comply development or a construction certificate will be issued with all inspections and occupation certificate included once final inspection has been completed. Home Owners Warranty will always be provided by the builder of your choice which will be part of this approval.

CDC & DA APPROVAL

CDC & DA

Comply Development certificate is issued based on requirements that meet the regulations and standards of the rules by local council of your area. This form of consent is called comply development certificate (CDC)

Development application is when the proposal does not comply with the relevant standards. In these cases a development application (DA) will be lodge and an application for a construction certificate instead of a complying development certificate application will apply.
